Ultrasonic cleaner Sonic-845

Sonic-845 is an industrial line for cleaning, rinsing and drying parts with a weight of about 1000kg. Working capacity of one chamber is about 900 liters. The modular structure (ultrasonic cleaner, rinsing tank, drip position and control cupboard are made as separate components) allows for easy transport and installation. The cleaning line is equipped with a multi-stage generator cooperating with ultrasonic panels placed on the side walls of the ultrasonic cleanin tank. The skimming system prevents the formation of light impurities on the cleaned details during their removal from the cleaning solution.
Rinsing is intensified by a system of agitation with compressed air.

Control systems, security, and ultrasonic generators have been installed in a rack with Rittal cupboardTS-8. Clear and functional design reduces installation time and allows for easy diagnostics and maintenance. Filtering the air used to cool the components placed in the cabinet allows for safe operation in industrial conditions.
The use of proven components for leading manufacturers (electrical equipment EATON, drivers OMRON, Rittal and stainless steel junction boxes RITTAL on individual devices, connectors WEIDMULLER) ensures long and trouble-free operation of the line.
