• Working fluid filtration system based on an EBARA pump and an EATON filter
• Forced ventilation system for the working chamber
• Belt oil separator
• Bidirectional communication system with the robot handling the loading and unloading of washed parts, based on an OMRON PLC
• Safety functions implemented by a specialized OMRON relay and EATON sensors
• Bath temperature and ultrasonic generator operating time control systems, based on OMRON controllers
• EATON electrical equipment installed in a Rittal cabinet equipped with forced ventilation and air filtration.
