An advanced workshop cleaner designed for cleaning automotive parts and components such as engine heads, crankshafts, connecting rods, pumps, turbochargers, intake and exhaust system components, etc.

The unit is equipped with an oily contamination rinsing system with a separator, filter, and stainless steel pump. This allows the use of efficient demulsifying cleaning agents, significantly extending the bath's lifespan and reducing wastewater volume. It is standardly equipped with a process basket adapted for operation using an overhead crane, making it easier to handle the cleaned parts.

Optionally, the cleaner can be expanded with an additional belt oil separator, a bag filter for the bath surface rinsing system, and control systems can be installed in a stainless steel box mounted on a boom or adapted for wall mounting.
