Sonic-845 Ultrasonic Cleaner

The Sonic 845 is an industrial process line for cleaning, rinsing, and drying parts weighing approximately 1000 kg. Each chamber has a working capacity of approximately 900 liters. The line's modular design (the ultrasonic cleaner, rinsing tank, draining station, and control cabinet are all separate components) allows for easy transport and installation. The wash is equipped with multi-stage generators that work with ultrasonic panels located on the side walls of the unit. A surface rinsing system prevents light contaminants from settling on the parts being washed as they are removed from the cleaning solution.

The rinsing of the parts is intensified by a compressed air bath agitation system.

The control, safety, and ultrasonic generator systems are housed in a Rittal TS-8 series cabinet. The clear and functional design shortens installation time and allows for easy diagnostics and servicing. 

Air filtration used to cool the components housed in the cabinet ensures safe operation in industrial environments.

The use of proven components from leading manufacturers (EATON electrical equipment, OMRON controllers, RITTAL cabinets and stainless steel RITTAL junction boxes on individual devices, and WEIDMULLER connectors) guarantees long and trouble-free operation of the line.
